The Moonlight (Part 2)

I stand up and start running. It’s my first adventure ever. I was always at my room all the time. So this running away plan was really excited for me. Abandon him was the very first time ever in my life. In a minute, I can see the banner of Red café. There he is, wearing square pattern shirt with black pants and black sneakers, dashing like always.

“Sorry to make you wait!” when I try to catch my breath, I took Alex’s drink and drink it up. 

“Hey be cool! What’s wrong with you?! Are you running?!” he took my hand and let me sit down.

“Yeah… Actually I runaway…” still trying to catch my breath.

“What? Runaway?! Are you kidding me? What happen?”

“I’m serious Alex… It’s a long story, where I have to start?”

“From the very beginning”

“As you want…”

I start the story from the beginning. I’m surprise when see the clock already hit 3 o’clock. I was here at 10 and now it’s already 3, time surely move so fast.

“What? You flying?! You got to be kidding me!” he shock when I say the last story and choke the coffee.

“I’m serious Alex! I’m not kidding! Yeah I was crazy…”

“I didn’t say anything…”

“But I can see it, if you think that I’m crazy!”

“Cool, that amazing!” he try to shut his mouth, because I’m sure he will laugh if he’s not trying to shut it up.

“Alex I think you can help me with those crazy things…”

“Sorry… Let’s just change the topic okay?”

“That’s not help”

“I want to ask you something, can I?”

“Still not help…”

“Still going to ask… Where your necklace?” ask him.

He look a little bit off, when I talk about what happen, I think he’s not actually here. Because he’s not looking in to my eyes when he talks, he never did that before. Whenever he talks to me, he always looked directly in to my eyes. But now, I think he regret about something. Because he looked around, like he was watching something, it’s like we’ve been stalking by someone.

“Oh I miss the story! Before I running away, I was took off the necklace then put it on the table. Yeah I regret it now, because that’s the only thing that I remember since mom’s death. But I was so angry, because it’s looked like he was worried about the necklace all the time, not me, his daughter. That was pissed me off, so I did it without thinking. Why you asking that question?” asked me.

It’s all about the necklace, again and again. What’s wrong with the necklace actually?

“I thought the necklace was suited you perfectly. The stone was match with your eyes, purple”

“Actually my eyes is brown not purple. Are you blind?!”

He was joking right? My eyes is brown not purple.

“Actually you’re the one who blind Hayley…” he still didn’t look at my eyes.

What is going on with him? That’s annoying…

“Alex! Why you’re not look into my eyes when you’re talking? You just looked around since I came here. What’s wrong? Is there anyone following me? Is there anyone who tried to kill me or something? You look weird…”

“I’m just doing my work…” suddenly Alex pulled my hand and I see it with my own eyes. Alex’s eye is turn into blue and I can see that his hand is spark something like a lightning, something like electricity, I guess. What is going on? I definitely insane, I think I really should go to the hospital, immediately.

Everything is going crazy. A minute ago, I think my life was not that crazy. But now is a different story. Everyone was freaked out, they running away with no mercy. Everyone screaming like crazy, they frightened. So I am. I can’t think clear, everything is out of control. Everything was messed up. I wish am okay, but I’m not. It’s too crazy, I can’t handle it.

“What was that?!” shout me to Alex.

“It’s okay, you’re not crazy… Let go!” Alex pulled my hand with no answer of my question.

“I’m not going until you explain this messed up!” I let his hand.

“Okay I’ll explain it later, but first we have to go to the save place okay? Please Hayley…” Alex took my hand softly.

“I got your word” then I took Alex hand and we start running.

I’m speechless, when I get out from that crazy café, out here is more crazy than inside the café. Everything was messed up, crashed, broken and wrecked. Suddenly I realize that were running toward to the wall. What is wrong with him?

“Are you out of your mind Alex?! We’re running toward the wall! Let go of me! I’m not going hit the wall!” I tried to let his hand off. Suddenly he is carrying me in his arms.

“We’re not going to hit the wall Hayley trust me…” said him while he jumped into the wall.

“No…!” I screamed like crazy when he jumped into the wall.
